Café Breakfast
Modeled on your lazy weekend experience of your favourite local café, Guest can choose from an extensive a la carte menu, from a simple omelette with fillings of their choice through to the Hash Brown Burger and our signature breakfast dish, the Ratu Breakfast. The Traditional Continental Buffet breakfast will, as always, be available. Complimentary with all breakfast items are selected espresso coffees and juices.

Nautilus Restaurant & Bar
Nautilus offers guests a wide variety of fresh and light meals prepared by our highly skilled team of Chefs, tempting taste buds for both lunch and dinner. Choose from Salt & Pepper Calamari or the Radisson Burger for lunch or for dinner. The endless choices continue as guests can enjoy an extensive a la carte menu with an Asian influence, featuring dishes such as Tom Yam Kung and Indo-Fijian King Prawn Curry. Alternatively, they can participate in the numerous themed evening buffets daily, all with a strong influence of fresh local product. For those guests adjusting to Fiji time, Nautilus is now open throughout the evening (24 hours), offering a selection of favourites off the daily menu & selected breakfast dishes.

Lomani Wai - In the Water
This is Fiji's first ever dinner in the water! Experience a sumptuous three-course set menu set completely "In the Water" in one of Radisson's unique 5 swimming pools. Advance bookings are essential as spaces are limited to ensure an intimate evening under the stars. Reservations are required.

Radisson Signature Tables
This is Fiji's exclusive adults only dining venue inspired by our hugely popular swimming pool concept of adults only. Book now and be one of only 4 couples each evening to enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars, right by the waters edge. Each couple will be offered a locally caught extensive seafood platter including lobster, mud crab and prawns. Included complimentary with each platter are selected beverages.

Neptunes
Located by the waters edge, Neptunes offers an extremely casual dining experience for those guests wanting a different dining experience. Neptunes offers a variety of pizzas, including by-the-slice New York Style, and the old holiday favourite of Fish & Chips wrapped in newspaper with your choice of lemon, salt and/or vinegar. Guest can enjoy this either sitting on the beach, lawns or picnic tables provided.

Sandwiches & Wraps
For those guests who are rushed for time or simply want to avoid a restaurant and maximize their time in the sun, pool or Spa, our Sandwich & Wraps counter, located by the main pool, has been created just for you. All wraps and sandwiches are made to order on the spot, ranging from Smoked Salmon & Avocado to the favourite Thai Beef Salad, or if you have the time, you may create your own with our obliging Chef. Add your choice of freshly squeezed juices or smoothie and you have, in less than 5 minutes, lunch on the go.

Orchid Lounge
The Orchid Lounge, located in our Central Lanai, offers guests a complete change in environment, cuisine and experience. Enjoy Tapas style food like you never have before with a waterfall backdrop and an acoustic guitar playing soothing Fijian songs. Give in to your temptation and sample our Sushi Bar and Asian inspired Tapas delights.

Pool Bar
Fiji's largest swimming pool complex deserves Fiji's largest Pool Bar! Set amidst the 2 million cubic litres of water, the Pool Bar offers guests a refreshing oasis from the Fiji sun. Sample the signature cocktail, "Caiprioska" whilst enjoying a range of snack menu items, all from the comfort of your pool stool. In the evenings, the Pool Bar transforms itself into a Dessert Bar offering more adult-style dessert beverages... take the plunge and dive in!!
